We appreciate the members of your practice are going to have different learning curves. In conjunction with our Project Managers, our trainers gear the trainings with your individual needs in mind. All of our trainers also have billing experience and our planning always includes a proactive approach to claims which prevents any delays in payment while implementing your new system. For those practices that opt to take advantage of our remote training sessions, we record those sessions so you always have them. Those recordings can be reviewed during the project to assist those employees who need a review, those employees that were not able to attend the training session or for future employees. Remote trainings are a great way to break down and simplify specific areas of the program so you do not become "overloaded" with information. However, some practices prefer onsite training sessions which also can be accomodated. We come on site for your "Go Live" and we are there to give you the support and guidance that you need.
