The hosting Services provided by MBSS Inc. are backed by a SAS 70 Type II Datacenter located within a few miles driving distance from MBSS’s
corporate office. The services incorporate both Redundancy and Fault Tolerance at both levels, in Data Center design as well as Server level. High availability is accomplished by providing redundancy for all major and minor systems, thereby eliminating a single point of failure that would
interrupt operation of the system and eliminate downtime. The facility offers complete redundancy in Power, HVAC, Fire suppression,
Temperature and humidity control, Network connectivity and security (both physical and digital). Moreover the systems are monitored at all times by
automated systems as well as manually. Following are the features that provide 99.99 % uptime & redundancy in our hosting services, enabling the clients to focus on their core businesses.

· Motion Activated Video Camera surveillance recorded to DVR and stored for 90 days, key card entrance, biometric hand scanners & lockable cabinets.
· Network infrastructure incorporates multiple OC, GigE and 10 gig circuits from diverse sources.

Server Backup
· Shadow Protect installed on all servers · 1 full database back up per week · Approximately 10 incremental backups a day are conducted. · All data is saved to a single point of storage on our storage server. · Data is saved 70-1 backups per week – called 1 set. · Data is kept in segments of 3 sets on the 4th week back ups are purged creating a 3 week restore system at any time. · The application servers are configured to back up once a day and configured to reboot every 3 days.
